Paul’s Public ILP
February 3rd, 2006
Thanks to Integral Awakening, I learned that the graphic designer for the Integral Life Practice starter kit has started a 90 day process of publicly developing his own ILP. He started here:
For one, my back hurts. My energy level is sagging. My sleep schedule has been completely destroyed, my work space is in disarray, and my tasks are piling up while my enthusiasm for dealing with the daily tedium of work in the real world wanes. I’ve got some serious anger issues, an inability to stay focused on any task for more than 5 minutes, and a deadly affection for the “Romantic artist” archetype. I’m on an ego trip.
I haven’t met the guy, but after only three days, I’m plan to follow his process through the end. So far he’s gone through a dialogue with the amazing Dianne Hamilton on day two (for possible podcast on IN) and got laughed at by crazy people while practicing on day three. He’s an open and entertaining writer, making public a process that is extremely relevant to my own efforts establish a consistent practice. Thanks, Paul.
[Edit - the next day] Paul’s on Zaadz too!
